What is your major?
Environmental Sociology

How long have you been running track and field?
10 years.

What inspired you to start running track and field?
My parents and siblings were all runners, so it felt natural for me to
do it.

Why did you choose St. Lawrence?
The vibes on campus felt really positive and welcoming.

What is your favorite team memory?
Going to the NCAA Cross Country Nationals with the Cross
Country team this past November.

What is your favorite part of being a collegiate athlete?
I love being so close with my teammates, because going to
practice every day feels like hanging out with your friends
and it makes things fun. And I know I can count on them
for anything.

How has your season been going so far?
It’s been great! Gotta make my last season a speedy one.

What are your goals for the rest of the season?
Keep lowering my times, improving my regional rankings, and most
importantly HAVE FUN while doing it.

I almost quit running to play volleyball in high school
