Zach Jaworski ’24 is the editor-in-chief emeritus of The Hill News from the small farm town of North Collins, New York. He graduated early from St. Lawrence in December 2024, with a major in Government and minors in Communications and German Studies.

Jaworski started at The Hill News as a staff writer for the sports and opinions sections before becoming the features editor in the fall of his sophomore year. He then became managing editor in the spring of his sophomore year, a position he held for a year before becoming senior managing editor as a junior.

Outside of The Hill News, he was a community assistant, editor-in-chief emeritus of The Underground, served as captain of the Men’s Track and Field team and a democracy coverage intern for North Country Public Radio. Jaworski was usually be found studying in the library or out and about chasing the next big story.
