because of this people were able to bring in drugs. Now I know that this may not seem bad, but people were able to bring drugs in to be used to drug other crowd members. This is where the chaos began.
As people started to fall from the drugging, other people started to be pulled down by them. People were laying on the ground passed for a plethora of reasons and no one did anything. People in the crowd didn’t care. The security could have cared less, unless it was easy for them to get to them, and Scott could barely see what was going on. But no one stopped him. No one heard the screams of terror that were coming from the crowd. When they went up to the tech crew and the security members that were still there, nothing was done. People dismissed there claims and that is why people died.
They died because people didn’t care. They died because security gave up. They died because people in the crowd cared less about the people around them. They died because no one stopped the show.
Thoughts of the day.. Why did no one stop this massacre? Was the show really more important than the lives of people? Why have other artist stopped shows to make sure the fans are ok, yet at this concert no one stopped anything. The videos that were showed just break my heart. Watching people cry out for help and seeing nothing happen, yet there were so many people around them to help. This was a tragedy and I don’t think that there is only one person to blame but almost everyone that was at Astro World.
