Students selected for the program to network with Laurentians in Washington, D.C., during Spring Break
(March 16-20).

The Center for Career Excellence is thrilled to announce that, thanks to a partnership with the Center for the Environment, this year’s SLU Connect D.C. program will be focused on careers in sustainability and the environment!

SLU Connect is one of the highest impact career. exploration and networking programs offered on campus.
It may seem like we’re overselling things when we say this, but based on feedback from students who have been part of our SLU Connect programs over the years, the program is a transformational experience.

If you’re interested in a career the focuses on sustainability and the environment, you should apply for SLU Connect D.C. Selected students will have the opportunity to meet Laurentians in government and private sector roles who work in a variety of fields to promote sustainability initiatives
and best practices.

Sophomores though seniors are eligible to apply for this program, which includes career exploration, exposure, discovery and connections with Laurentians in our nation’s capital!
The best part? There is no registration fee to take part in the program! The cost of the hotel, travel to and from campus, and some meals are included in the program; while students will be expected to pay for some meals, financial assistance is available for students who may not otherwise be able to take part in the program.

The application deadline is Monday, Feb. 10 at 4 p.m.
Our SLU Connect San Francisco and NYC programs were incredibly competitive; we expect our SLU Connect D.C. program to be just as competitive.
