Exploring the North Country: Lee’s Hawaiian Grill
I had Hawaiian Grill this weekend, and let me tell you, it was great. Whether you’re a few months into your freshmen year or a fifth-year senior, the likelihood that you’re tired of choosing between one of the five (FIVE!) pizza places scattered around Canton is pretty high.
While initially appealing, it slowly becomes clear that the choice between getting a Mikey’s or a Bob’s makes you realize that you really don’t have much of a choice outside of that.
So I set out with a few of my nearest and dearest friends and ventured to Potsdam to see what else was out there. Christian Ndoci ’20 had always made Hawaiian Grill his go-to meal whenever he got tired of eating at the Pub or Dana. “They have this BBQ chicken meal that is by far one of the best things I’ve tasted up here,” Ndoci said. “The good thing is that it’s flavorful and it’s a ton of food, so it pretty much checks off all the boxes for me.”
The good thing about Hawaiian Grill is that they do, in fact, deliver, thus expanding the option to those without a mode of transportation to get all the way out there.
Hawaiian Grill is located at 3 Market Street in Potsdam. For more information I’m pretty sure you can just Google it on your phone or something.
