0

Hey, it’s Mathilda, coming at you with a delicious apple crumble recipe to make your winter days warm and tasty! I am a junior, and it’s my second semester living in the Greenhouse.

Things I am passionate about include squirrels and the quest for the perfect runny egg. I am super excited to be back on campus and cooking in our lovely kitchen again. I can’t wait for next week (January 29th) when the Greenhouse starts its first round of dinners for the Spring 2024 semester! If you’re on our listserv (or if you check out our Instagram: @slugreenhouse), you can find the link to the Google Forms sign-up form. If you like home-cooked meals and conversation and VEGGIES, please sign up to get the chance to dine at our lovely abode once a week for a three-week period! We’d love to see you at 70 Park Street!
