How long have you been rowing?
Seven years.
What inspired you to start rowing?
My brother.
Why did you choose to attend St. Lawrence?
The first thing I loved about St. Lawrence were the academics. When I came to visit the campus, I immediately fell in love with it. When it came to choosing a college, St. Lawrence felt like it was the only school for me.
What is your favorite team memory?
Racing at Liberty Leagues last year and celebrating with the team after having the best race of the season.
What is you favorite St. Lawrence memory?
Hiking Mt. Marcy this year for peak weekend with some of my teammates.
What are your favorite hobbies/ other interests?
I enjoy reading, hiking, and playing fetch with my dog.
What is your favorite part of being a collegiate athlete?
Being able to row on the St. Lawrence River every day, especially during the fall.
How has your season been going so far?
Really well! A couple weeks ago we got to go to the biggest three-day regatta in the world and last week we had our final race of the season.
What are your goals for the rest of the season?
My goal is to get stronger by working in the erg room with the team every day so that we enter the spring season ready to perform well!
